Ui Studio is available for rent 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday.

The time slots for booking the space are consecutive to create an organized booking schedule, thus avoiding empty hours.

No. The studio's basic fee is 35€\/hour, however the final hourly rate decreases as the duration of the booking increases. For larger projects, we offer hourly packages with more favorable pricing:

• 1 hour — 35€
• 3 hours — 90€
• 6 hours — 165€
• 8 hours (Full Day) — 200€

All prices refer to the rental of the space and equipment, and for your convenience, we encourage you to inform us in advance about the type of equipment you will need.

Yes. Booking UI Studio online is simple, fast and secure. Through the booking form you can use the desired date, start time and duration of use of the space and send your request in just a few steps.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you immediately to confirm availability and finalize your booking. This ensures flexibility in scheduling and personalized service for each project, while all your personal data is handled securely and discreetly.

Payment for the reservation is made at the studio, upon completion of the project. You can pay by cash or card (POS), depending on your preference.
 

When paying, there is also the option of issuing a receipt or invoice, according to your needs.

Yes. Cancellation of the reservation is possible without any charge, as no prepayment is required. In case of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible, so that there is proper planning and availability of the space.

Yes. You can request a change to your reservation by contacting us. After confirming your reservation, you will have our contact details at your disposal, so that we can immediately discuss any change or clarification needed, depending on the availability of the space.

UI Studio has a full range of photographic and lighting equipment, which is presented in detail in the "Equipment" section of the site. The space is designed to cover the needs of most photographic and video projects.
 

Please note that cameras and lenses are not provided in the studio. This equipment should be provided by the professional using the space, so that they can work with the tools that best serve their project.

The UI Studio space is equipped with closed circuit television (CCTV) for security reasons. However, the custody and supervision of personal equipment is the sole responsibility of the client.
 

In the event of damage, loss or theft of equipment belonging to clients, the owner and staff of UI Studio bear absolutely no responsibility, regardless of the cause or circumstances. The equipment remaining on the premises is the responsibility of its owner.

In the event of wear or damage to the UI Studio space or equipment during its use, an assessment of the situation is made and immediate communication follows for its restoration. The responsibility for restoration lies with the client or group that made the reservation.
